Joining Isidore for its 9th Anthology Dinner, Chef Toby Archibald brings his New Zealand roots, global culinary experience, and passion for meaningful hospitality to Isidore, where cuisine is shaped by a deep respect for place, tradition, and the natural world.

After honing his craft in acclaimed kitchens across New Zealand, London, Europe, and most recently Dallas, TX, Chef Toby creates thoughtful dining experiences that blend classical technique with vibrant, contemporary flavors.

His collaboration at Isidore reflects a shared commitment to honoring regional landscapes, preserving traditional knowledge, and celebrating sustainability, curiosity, and connection through food.
