We’re partnering with Pharm Table for a one-night collaborative dinner that brings together two distinct but complementary culinary styles. Pharm Table’s ingredient-driven, botanical approach, focused on clean flavors, thoughtful spices, and vibrant produce meets Isidore’s seasonally rooted dishes, layered techniques, and expressive flavor profiles.
Together, we’re creating a menu that highlights what both kitchens do well: bright herbs and peak vegetables, carefully built broths and sauces, and dishes that balance nourishment, creativity, and craft. It’s a shared table where our styles connect, contrast, and elevate one another.
